for what ever reason my iPhone 14 will not use mobile data or Wifi. it says its on and connected but won't show, I've restarted the phone 3 times, disconnected reconnect, I'm not sure if its the ESim, tbf I can't really go without my phone as I need it for work. the only thing I can do is call and FaceTime? cannot use any apps which is frustrating as I need to use whatsapp.
Any suggestions

I’m having the same problem. My iPhone 14 pro max will use mobile data but not wifi, and it won’t connect to WhatsApp! There are other apps that it simply won’t refresh/connect to please help!
I’ve reset network settings and it has changed nothing. I’ve also reset my router twice. Im using an Esim for the first time.

Have these issues only occurred since moving to an eSIM?
Are you able to connect other devices OK to your WiFi?

Yup done all this! Checked iPads and husband phone isn’t doing it either! Seems to be the phone itself! How do I get this sorted!

I did and they just hadn’t much to say! I think it’s the device and by the look
of the rest of the comments it’s the iPhone 14

Said that they would get a technicians out to see if it was a fault in the area and give me money back of my bill
