I keep receiving voicemails from EE, asking me to record a message for my voicemail. I don't want to leave a message, but can't clear the repeated notifications until I listen to the message then it just comes up again, How do I stop it ?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Ah ok, it is a very quick process to remove the notification so should be easy when you get in touch. Let us know if you do need any further help

Hi @diddlyf,
Welcome to the EE Community
What is the message you are getting when you call to listen to the voicemail notification? Have you setup the standard greeting via your voicemail?
By default this should be done by selecting Option 2 from the voicemail main menu to get to greetings, option 2 again to select standard greeting and then Option 2 again to select standard greeting without adding your name.

@diddlyf Thanks for trying, so if I understand you have a voicemail notification saying you have a new message but when you call the inbox you have no new messages and it just goes to the voicemail menu?
If so it sounds like your voicemail notification may be stuck, have you restarted your phone since this happened as that can help clear a stuck notification. If that does not help to clear it if you give us a quick call on 150 one of our tech guides can help get it cleared.

Er, - what is the solution please.
I get a message saying I need to check my EE voicemails every time I switch my phone on, but there are no new or saved messages .
