I have this problem too, tried the usual steps to no avail. Trying to message 150.

The post you'd added to about text messaging was almost a year old, although it contained some good advice - it may be more useful for you to explain the issue you have from scratch.

Perhaps you could include in that description what exactly the "usual steps" are that you've tried - this could mean different things to different people.

Thank you. A whole batch of messages from 12.45 onwards have just started to come through - so whatever the problem was it appears to have resolved itself.

Just an SMS server delay.

Out of interest I wonder if your phone dropped to 4G when those messages arrived. I am having issues in particular with receiving  OTP when on 5G!

 I was connected via my home wifi as there's no phone signal of any kind of where I live. The reply  from XRaySpeX indicates it was a server delay.
