Im abroad an can't use my phone because of spend cap

@Chantell1979    Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?  This is done by texting ROAMING to 150 or by calling customer service to request it to be enabled.     

The spend cap is so you can not spend more than you’ve allocated it doesn’t stop roaming charges until you reach that spend cap.
