Why can I no longer access roaming in the EU? I pay monthly and had a contract prior to July 21, but I can no longer get online or dial out from abroad. EE tell me I will lose my number if I don't use it, but I can't do so! Tried ringing tec support but just get the 'Press 1, 2, 3' runaround. Thank you.

That cannot happen on contract unless you are not paying your bills. It is only possible on PAYG.
