If I switch from PAYG to a £30 postpaid plan, won't I have to pay an extra £2.50 each day or £10 a week??? Will there really be changes from June 6th?

Pay As You Go (PAYG) is where you have no contract or bills but you pre-pay for services & buy packs from £10 to £30 or data add-ons. Is that what you have?
If you were to switch from PAYG to a contract, there are already charges for roaming in EU of either £2.29 / day or £15 / month.
