not getting a code sent to my mobile number

Hello i,m writing this as when bt send me a code or tsb to log in on laptop i,m not reciving it why and they have the correct number

Can you receive text messages from other automated senders, or is it only BT & TSB affected? Can you receive texts from other mobiles?

Have you been able to receive texts from BT or TSB in the past?

I'd definitely recommend doing the checks @bristolian has mentioned here, and if possible it's worth testing your SIM in another device to see if the issue carries over.

Once you've checked all this, if it's still unresolved please give our technical team a call, and they can help you investigate things further.

I thought this was happening to me - but it turned out my phone was sending them to Spam! You may have checked already, but if you haven't, it's worth a look. (Obviously, I was slow on the uptake as there were a couple of messages in there!)
