Hi my new iPhone 15 when I put the sim in is it working

A replaement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.

If your existing SIM is working and fits your new phone, there's no need to unnecessarily replace it.

@Rrh99 Is that a new sim or your old EE sim ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
