@agoldman  You can’t the service isnt supported by EE,  there are many apps that allow you to use such a feature. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There's quite a few third party companies who provide group conference dial-in services (the same as Group Call used to) via 03 landline numbers.
