On 15th February 2024, I sent a letter via Royal Mail to The Manager, EE Mobile & Broadband, EE Customer Services, 6 Camberwell Way, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear SR3 3XN. I have not yet received a reply.
Has EE's customer-services office in Sunderland received my letter?
When might I expect a response? (The content is time-sensitive.)

@AndyDaraich This public forum doesn’t know who you are or what your correspondence was about, you’ll not get an answer for when you’ll get a replay. Have you called customer services at all about the content of that letter?
Without you providing any information what that letter was about no one here can advise you on what you need to do.
