hi i want to ask if we call from our mobile to landline which no is started with 020 code does that call cost or its included in monthly plans minutes

The  only exceptions where 01 or 02 landline numbers are not inclusive are calls to Channel Islands numbers which are part of the UK numbering plan, but are international calls.

03 landline numbers are non-geographic and always inclusive. 020 is the area code for London, is part of the UK and is therefore inclusive.
