Hi, my Wi‑Fi Calling toggle is missing on my Samsung S24. EE needs to reprovision Wi‑Fi Calling on my line. Can a moderator help? The IMS menu is restricted and VoWiFi isn’t available.

Dial *#1234# and post your firmware.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
