I have two phones on my contract, one I use, and the other the  wife uses. I have no problem accessing voice mail, and until recently neither did the wife. Now for some reason she is asked for a pin number to listen to her voice mail, WHY ??

Is she near a coast/border where she might have picked up a foreign network?
