Why can’t I ring EE international calling numbet from Australia number

Why can’t I telephone EE from Australia by using its international contact number. The call

always fails?

why am I unable to add on calls to and from Australian numbers as I have done before and why am I not able to access the internet without Wi-Fi using my EE F account. ? This is all terribly frustrating.

@Thaobenn  Is roaming enabled on your EE account?  Is call abroad and premium rate numbers enabled on your EE account?    Do you have a cellular signal showing on your device?
