  1. On hold forever. When exactly is a good time to call? Always a bad time. Why don’t EE get more call handlers?  20 minutes plus each time. Then get cut off after talking for 20 minutes plus. On holiday and can’t get data. Am on call for the odd matter and this means I can’t relax not knowing if there are issues or not.

@Sturb18  There is never a good time to call because like you other customers want to speak  with customer services. There will never be enough customer service agents and customers will always have to be patient and wait.

Are you on contract or PAYG ?  and how are you trying to purchase more data ?  You don’t need to call customer services to do that.

Hi @Sturb18.

Are you trying to buy more data, or have you got data and you're unable to use it?

What phone are you using?
