Anyone want to share why they have shut the whole place down to give there staff a jolly on a thursday middle of the week with no notice and then a lie of opening at 12, sick of this company always taking the **bleep**, we pay to get mugged off, when are we actually able to speak to a god damn person?

They may be having issues at the call centre?
They may be very busy at the minute?
You are not being mugged off. You will get through when you are able to.
And the tone you are writing on her I'm sure if I were the one answering your call and you spoke to me the way you are right now you'd be hung up on. No one deserves to be spoken to that way at their place of work.
