Cant clear voicemail notification

Get someone to leave you a VM, listen to it, delete it, reboot. Does that clear it?

@Dgrey   Leave a voicemail then listen to that voicemail in full then delete it,  this should clear the notification.     You need to leave at least a 10s voicemail message.  You also need to listen to it in full.  You’ll then get opinions on what to do with that voicemail . 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
