Voicemail Set Up

I have tried sending VM ON to 150 but that is not working to set up my voicemail, any ideas on other options please?

@SteveH2212 : Reboot VM by texting VM OFF to 150, reboot the device & then text VM ON to 150. Is VM now working?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What is it about voicemail, that you want to "set up"?

What happens if you dial 222 or speed-dial 1 from your phone?

Are missed incoming calls diverting to voicemail?
