I don't want any call going to the voice mail . Because I am abroad and cost me too much.

Our customer care team can help remove this as you are already abroad
Please be sure to check any roaming charges before calling from outside the UK if you don't have a pack active.

Try texting VM OFF to 150.
It may only remove the auto-diverts, but should prevent extra charges whilst you're abroad.
