If I buy the TNT add on for my mobile is it possible view TNT sports  via Discovery + app on my Smart TV?

You certainly can view TNT Sports through the discovery+ app on your Smart TV when you add it to your mobile plan.

Thanks, one further question. If i subscribe and activate just around 7pm
on Monday 12th Jan and cancel before the end of the first month when I will
be able to watch until. Hoping to watch Liverpools game on the evening of
11th Feb?

The access would be lost once the subscription is cancelled, but if you are adding it to your mobile plan, it will go alongside your bill month @grechster.

For example, if your bill date was the 1st of the month and you added on the 12th, you'd see two charges on your next bill, one for the 12th to 31st January, and another for a full month ahead. 

If you then watched the game on the 11th February and then cancelled, you'd see a refund on the next bill from that date to your next bill date where you've paid up to.
