Verification Codes Issues.

HI, does anybody have any ideas on why I am not receiving verification codes on my iPhone.  Have been told it's a carrier issue, how do I resolve this.  Thank you

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

What do you mean by verification codes? Are you referring to app-based notifications or SMS ones?

If the latter, do you have any issues with person-to-person texts? Are you in the UK or abroad?

Who's told you this is a carrier issue?

Yes I think you can contact EE and resolve the issue with them.
