Using phone italy

My contract started in July 2001 will I need to pay £2.29 a day to use my phone abroad.

@Hayley56  providing it started for before July 7th 2021 then you don’t pay for roaming. If it stated July 7th 2021 onwards then yes you do. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your current contract or your time with EE? Have you never upgraded? If you have you will be subject to the current EU roaming charges incl. the £2.29 on each day you use any of your UK allowances in the EU.
