Unable to send sms

Was working this month then all of a sudden cannot receive sms. Tried everything. Can receive calls and can receive 150 messages but cannot receive sms. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community,

If you can receive text messages from EE, then I would have thought that you should be able to receive sms.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Which model etc., do you have?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Can you be more specific on what you mean by "tried everything" - what exactly is "everything"?
