Do you have any PAYG credit? You need credit to send MMS (Picture Msgs). They are not included in your pack allowances.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I don’t have any credit in the account no which would explain it! I think I’ll change my SIM card to another provider that includes everything. Thank you!

Not many do!

It is free to send pictures using your data allowance on iMessage or WhatsApp (among other messaging services) if you have access to those.

Most mobile providers will charge for MMS, whether on contract or PAYG.

Another provider will still need you to have credit on your SIM in order to use mobile data, make calls or send text messages....

I’m with smarty and I don’t need extra credit to send MMS messages so I’ll switch my daughters EE one to that I think.
