Unable to receive verification codes

I have a problem with my phone number, I can’t receive verification codes. Although about two years ago I was able to. I have an iPhone and already did the reset network settings option.

Can you receive text messages otherwise? Test sending to yourself if necessary.

Are all automated senders affected, or just specific individual ones? Have you recently had any change of number or otherwise ported in?

You may need to collate some individual times & dated examples to supply to CS if issues persist.

I did receive a text message I sent to myself just now. I have been with EE for around 5 years now with a phone number that was from Three. The last verification code I was able to receive was on the 2nd of May 2025. Many thanks in advance for the help.
