Hi,
I have been having problems making calls on my IPhone XR today. I have switched to WiFi calls and still cannot connect calls.. I have also reset my network info and still cannot make calls.
I am able to use my apps/internet with no issues using my data so don’t believe this is a network/billing issue. Any advice?

Welcome to the community.
Does your phone show an EE phone signal? It could still be a network issue. I would recommend popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting the 'check status' button. It will let us know if there are any maintenance works in your area.

Thank you for your reply.
I have checked the coverage checker a few times and all appears to be fine.
I have tried a fair few things now and still am unable to make/receive calls.

Does your phone show either the WiFi-calling or 4G-calling indicators? What happens when you try making a call?
