Unable to change included extra on my Full Works plan

Hello,

I've tried logging in to change my inclusive extra but when I go to the next page, it just says 'BLOCKED'. I've tried using the app (which is next to useless) and used various different browsers.

Can someone explain to me why is it so hard for me to do something so simple, or is there a problem with your site?

Glad you have got this sorted now, if you have any errors showing when managing the account, please get in touch with our tech guides on 150 and they can get this looked into.

Managed to figure it out and change it. Now have to wait for it to become effective. For the record, I've changed my TNT Sports add on to Netflix premium as I can have TNT Sports included with my Virgin Media package.

Not sure why EE always seem to have issues with their website and accounts.
