USA reception issue

I do not have reception in USA, and becouse of that I can not even contact EE to sort this issue out. how can I upgrade my plan and be able to male a calls and use a data from usa?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

If on PAYG - did you use your phone in the UK before leaving?

If on pay-monthly - did you enable international roaming on your phone before leaving the UK?

Any billing add-ons you choose are one part, but it's the roaming facility that's most important - without this, your phone won't connect to local networks in foreign countries.
