Dear all
When I am trying to send a picture to an RCS device. I get a message sent failure. What am I doing wrong? The picture is definitely going to RCS enabled device as I can see RCS in message field. Hope you can help. Thanks a bunch!

Hi @Androidvim
Thanks for coming to the community!
Are all other messages sending OK without an error?
Do you have MMS Messaging enabled in your iOS settings (Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging)?
Is your device up to date with the latest software updates?
Thanks
Linzi

I have no MMS bundle.

Thanks for confirming that for us, @Androidvim.
What iOS version is it you're using at the moment, and are you fully up to date?
Also do you know what make and model of phone it is you're sending to?

Fully up to date with latest iOS version. And I have no clue what type of phone it is when trying to send. All I know is that there is RCS in the message field.
thabks for getting back to me.

Nice one, cheers @Androidvim.
If you go to Settings > Apps > Messages, does it show that RCS is enabled here?
Also if you go to Settings > General > About > Scroll to Physical SIM > Tap Network provider > does this change to 'IMS Status' and show 'Voice, SMS & RCS'?

Thanks @Androidvim, I'm really glad to hear this did the trick.
Sometimes it's the simplest steps that do the job 😉
Thanks for coming back to let us know too!
