I bought the EU roaming pass but cannot access internet or make or receive calls. I have wifi so in desperation made complaint to ee still 48 hours later no contact from ee or resolution of my problem. Any suggestions? I have tried calling customer service from my husband’s mobile but call won’t connect. His phone is working fine. We are both on ee and took out roaming pass at the same time.

@Anaglyp : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
