on the app it wont allow me to do it and says that the purchase has not gone through and on the website it says technical difficulties when i try. How do i resolve this?.

If yre having trouble I would ring CS up and ask them to add it. Also if you’re on contract or sim only deal ask them to turn roaming and ring abroad and premium numbers settings on as these seems to be blocked for a lot of people and only people who can fix it is CS and without these being on yre phone won’t work abroad. Also don’t forget to text ROAMING to 150 before you go to makesure it’s all set up. To check if yre roaming and call abroad settings are on or blocked go to account settings and then parental and data control and the settings in there.

@tc4444 : Have you tried buying it by texting ROAMING PASS to 150?
