Transfer from BT mobile to EE

I have had to move from BT mobile to EE as BT no longer provide a mobile service. It would appear that I am now in a contract of 24mths and the mthly charge is £10 reduced to £6 with a discount. My query is will this discount last for the duration of the 24mth contract?
