Hi. I am trying to register my travel card to top up my plan, but it has 16 digits, and EE only accept 13 digits. Any suggestions please?

@Dave4410 : What's a travel card? I presume a bank card.

I know what you you are trying to do. You are trying to register (text ETU) a bank card as an E-Top-up card. You can't do that! An E-Top-up card is a special dedicated card associated with your PAYG no. solely for the purpose of topping it up.

Trusing Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

A travel card is a debit card preloaded with various currencies. In my case loaded with GBP. I do not have a UK credit card. Any other options? I saw something about a voucher?

You may buy a top-up voucher in any shop displaying this top-up logo:

You then top-up by texting VO {space} 16-digit voucher number to 150, for example, VO 1234567891234567.
