@LucieCoker Are you on contract or PAYG ? If on PAYG you’ll need credit on the account to pay for the text.. these numbers are not included with your text allowance. If on contract you’ll need to change your spend cap from £0 to at least £10. Text SPEND CAP to 150 to see your options. As again your text allowance doesn’t cover chargeable text messages.
