Texts on EE servers but not on phone

Hi,

I have a basic mobile supplied by EE about 3 years ago. It seems to work fine, but I think texts from my surgery have not been delivered to me - they insist that at least one was sent, but I cannot find it on my phone.

Is there any way you can check that it was received by EE? I can supply the time it is said to have been sent.

EE would not be able to tell you this I'm afraid.

You would need to check with your GP the number they have is correct.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Hi Bristolian,

Yes, I get things from EE, the NHS covid test stuff and junk from various. The surgery one was important - about the second covid jab - which I missed.

I am sorry we have no way to check incoming texts.

If you get all other text messages, I would suggest speaking to them again.
