Hello,I do not receive texts anymore from friends and family based in France who use the Orange network. Is it an issue with EE or my number?Can you please let me know what can be done to fix this?Thanks

Are you able to receive texts from other numbers okay?

I can receive calls from these numbers but no texts,

and I can receive texts from other numbers from France and the UK

Are you able to pop your SIM card in another phone to test if you're able to receive messages from the numbers in question?
