Text message from verify

Hi,

Since yesterday I’ve been getting text messages from VERIFY. The sender is in my contacts, when I text her I just go in the text conversation clicking on her name but the replies come from Verify  as a separate conversation. Any idea what happened and how to solve it? Ta

Are the received text messages being sent from the same number that you're sending messages to? If they are - there's no reason they shouldn't be in the same conversation.

If the messages are coming from a different number, then they rightly appear in a separate conversation.

Yes - the texts I’m getting are coming from the same person / number but they don’t come into our conversation but come from VERIFY in separate conversation. It’s annoying and weird…

Can you try deleting the contact and the conversation, then try and send a text to the number again?

I'm not sure why they are separate.

I suspect the messages you're sending are to a number that you've saved as "Verify", and the ones you're receiving are from a name "Verify".

If so, there is no fix for this.

tried that - no changes. Still separate 😵

The messages I’m receiving are from VERIFY - when you go to info in that window - there is no number or anything… it’s so weird!

Have you checked your contacts to see if you have anything saved under VERIFY?

Yep, no verify in contacts…
