Technical support

Any one found a way to get an answer from EE other than a useless text message and a recording of how they have been the best mobile supplier for the last 10 years?

Signal so bad at home, wavers between 1 bar and nothing, we where transferred from Plusnet and previously mobile calls went out over the internet.

Maybe this hasn't been switched on  with the change to EE, have tried to contact them and have a dozen text messages directing me to various web pages. This appears to be the only way to communicate other than writing a letter of complaint.

Am I missing something?

Hi @John133D,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is WiFi Calling activated in your phone's settings?

To my knowledge, PlusNet didn't offer WiFi-calling or VoLTE (4G-calling) but your reference to "calls went out over the internet" sounds like VoWiFi.

EE offer this facility.

WiFi calling is not shown as an option on my Samsung A52, Samsung say that it is available on this phone but if it isn't displayed we need to speak to the line provider. EE.

Back to the original question, how does one speak Technical Support?

@John133D  You call customer services and listen to the options given.  Select option 2 and not option 1 like you have been doing and then select an option that’s closest to your issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
