Hi there,
Can anyone please help? I cannot use the internet or make phonecalls from my phone. All bills are up-to-date. I can send and receive texts but that's all. How can i access help with this, as i cannot use my phone to call the technical help number? Nor do i have another phone to call from at present.

Do you get any kind of tone or anything when you call out?
I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.
Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.
