Hi,

My signal strength drpos down to one bar wheneveri receive a call. Prior to receiving cals the signal is fine and returns to normal after but during a call makes it very hard. Help please!

The signal icon on your phone is just a guide.

You obviously have very good signal for data but not that great for calls. So when a call comes in or you make one it drops to show the strength.

When you check the coverage checker it even tells you if you would have good signal for calls/texts/data

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? PAYG users don't get access to 4G-calling, which may be partly the issue here.

Are you having any problems making/receiving calls, outwith this perceived signal issue? And has it always been the case, or has it only started recently?
