Struggling to contact EE - I'm abroad and cant call or text!

Hi there - I'm at a bit of a loss as I can't call or text EE (tried 150 and various numbers) as I'm abroad. I received a text saying 'roaming' was on and got an initial flurry of texts, but then it seemed to switch off and now I can call or text anyone (inc EE!).

 

I can't see a 'live chat' function on My EE either...

Any help would be gratefully received...

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you have previously used this phone abroad and had a local network connection, try connecting to an alternative local network - unless you have explicitly requested roaming is cancelled, it would not have been. Either toggle flight mode or use your phone's network selection menus to manually choose another operator.

EE's roaming services allow you to connect to foreign networks, which self-evidently here is setup. All CS are likely to suggest is to try another local network and see if the symptoms are the same.
