Stopping EE marketing texts

Hi, Can anyone advise how I can stop EE from sending marketing texts. How can I text EE ??

...and what about emails? The unsubscribe link in the only email I have doesn't work.

I’ve texted STOP many times to 2040 as ee text recommended but still getting marketing e mails etc

Is it only marketing e-mails you are getting? Any genuine EE email from us will have an unsubscribe button at the bottom to update your e-mail marketing preferences. Have you followed this to unsubscribe?
