Spend cap on children's phones

I have set a spend cap on each of my children's phones through my log in. Is it safe to assume that they can't then increase it themselves without me knowing?!

As the account holder you will be the only person with access to increasing the spend cap on the account.

The spend-cap can be altered either via your myEE login, or text message from the phone in question.

My understanding is that any attempt to do so via text command should also send confirmation to the account holder's line.
