Hi,

My phone got stolen and in argentina.

How can I block it and potentially get a new one?

I am on pay as you go.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

@Rm261  To get a new phone if you don’t have insurance ( check your travel insurance it might cover you ) you’ll need to purchase one yourself. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
