I'm in Porto, my phone just stopped allowing calls and 4G services. I've checked my roaming settings (all good) and this only happened 4 days in to my holiday.
EE are so useless that I can't get in touch any other way than calling - or writing a letter? No chat room, no email.
Please help, no idea what to do and I need my phone

Are you on contract or pay as you go? Have you tried manually connecting to a different Portuguese network operator?

I think I know the issue
I believe Ive missed a payment, but I can't check on the EE site because my billing info won't load? Guessing its because im on a wifi network that's in a different country.
How can I contact EE to take a payment to return my services in full? I can't call or text
