Service Restrictions

I paid off what was outstanding on my Phone Bill, and my services are still restricted. How can I fix this?

Hi Leanne! 

I made the payment on Wednesday, but my device is still restricted. I’ve tried restarting it but it hasn’t worked. stumped on what to do
