SMS Service Cancelled

Not sure where to post this. 

I have been unable to send SMS texts or make calls (I am outside of the UK), and this morning received a message saying that y SMS service had been cancelled.  Any suggestions please?

Pay as you go, and currently in Tajikistan. 

Recently when I tried to send a text to keep the service, I received a 0 error.

Has the SIM been working there previously? What happens when you try to connect to a different available network?

SIM hasnt worked since we arrived. We receive SMS but can't make calls or text out. No other available networks other than the one to which we are currently connected. The others give messages that our SIM card does not allow the connection

Have you used the SIM in any other countries recently, @tracey510? Or back home in the UK?

Yes, have used SIM in other countries and when we are back in the UK

It may be worth having a chat with our technical support team. I know of others in a similar situation using a VoIP service, such as Skype to contact us.

@tracey510 : You can't use your UK pack there. Do you have enough credit to pay for texts & calls?

Yes, automatic top up each month and currently just on 11 GBP to my credit
