Roaming not working in Singapore

I purchased a very expensive package for 300mb of data whilst In Singapore and it doesn’t work! Any tips? I’ve tried all the online suggestions as well as restarting my phone.

Have you tried manually connecting to a different available network? Is data roaming enabled in your phone settings?
