SIM cards no longer working

Irajraeisi
Visitor

Hello,

I am Iraj Reisi. I hold six SIM cards from your company and have been paying for Wi-Fi services for the past two months. However, during this period, the Wi-Fi has been mostly non-functional, and I have only been paying for a service that I haven’t been able to use.

Additionally, for the past three days, internet and phone services have been completely cut off for all six of my SIM cards. We have no access to either the internet or regular phone services, which has significantly disrupted our daily lives. I have missed my online classes and incurred considerable financial and academic losses as a result.

I have contacted you several times, but so far, my issues have not been properly addressed, and my requests seem to have been overlooked. I have also visited your office, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution.

Please address my request urgently. I need a refund for the past two months and immediate resolution of the issues with my internet and SIM cards. This situation is causing serious problems for me, and I need your assistance as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,
Iraj Reisi

Hi @Irajraeisi

Welcome to the community 🙂

Are the SIM cards on pay as you go or pay monthly?

What was advised when you called?

Speak soon.

Leanne.

EE doesn't provide WiFi services nor can you be paying EE for them. EE provides a mobile network for calls, texts & data.
