S21 Ultra MMS Not activated

I just switched my phone to the galaxy and I have not been able to send / receive mms. It attempts to send and then gives the message "message not sent: service not activated on network". I have an unlimited talk/text plan and plenty of data. The online tool did not fix the issue, have tried resetting the network settings, as well as manually adding the apn settings that I've seen in other discussions. This is rather annoying that it's only happening to phones that aren't apple

You know that MMS messages are not free on EE you'll pay 55p. What tariff are you on or are you PAYG? What galaxy device are you using?

i'm having the exact same issue and i've done everything that has been suggested so far, it really is frustrating!

Have you tried using the EE MMS Setup tool, @DIMPLS
